Congratulations, Chef Abel and Deacon Anna! And welcome sweet baby Genevieve to the Suttle Lake family! The youngest member of the Camp and Retreat Ministries family was born on July 18. Genevieve joins Conner and Kellen Petke as the current resident children of Suttle Lake Camp.
Signs of Life at Sawtooth!
Bruce Russell has been busy - and so is the rest of creation, for that matter - building bridges, a new sign - with help from Benita Remaley, and a gate. Not to mention that they, among MANY others, have been instrumental in helping to create the new Welcome Center (the not-so-exciting picture below is of the brand new habitat for camp administration!).
The amount of hospitality experienced at Sawtooth this summer by a variety of folks (from Hemophilia Camp to Idaho Orchestral Institute) is evidence that folks are taking note of these signs - pointing to the way of rest, recharge, and renewal.

Shhh! If we are patient, we may get a rare glimpse of a camp staff sitting at a desk!
