Rev. Shipley is currently serving as pastor of Vancouver Heights United Methodist Church in Vancouver, Washington.

Bishop Elaine JW Stanovsky intends to appoint the Rev. Jessie Connor as pastor of Orchards United Methodist Church in Vancouver, Washington, beginning July 1, 2021.
Rev. Connor is a provisional elder in the Oregon-Idaho Conference currently serving as associate pastor for justice, mission and formation at First United Methodist Church in Eugene, Oregon.

Rev. Baumgartner is currently serving as associate pastor of Renton United Methodist Church in Renton, Washington.

Bishop Elaine JW Stanovsky intends to appoint Melissa (Lisa) Connolley as pastor of Coupeville United Methodist Church in Coupeville, Washington, beginning July 1, 2021.
Connolley is seeking licensure as a local pastor. She previously served as pastor of several United Methodist churches in the Seattle area from 1999-2010.
