GNW Area News | Thursday, Sept. 23 2021

Dear Reader,

It’s officially fall – or pumpkin spice season in my life!

This week we bring to you stories that highlight opportunities for you to "act your faith" as seasons change in the world around us.

From wearing orange for justice for Native American/Indigenous children on Oct. 6 to engaging in World Communion Sunday or Afghan resettlement, opportunities abound for us all.

I do love fall and all the sweater and giant-plaid-scarf-wearing, leaves-falling glory that God brings us. But what I love more is a church – and all its people – working to change with the seasons of ministry we’re in right now as well.

With grace & a sprinkle of pumpkin spice,
Kristen Caldwell
Oregon-Idaho Communications Manager
