OR-ID clergy session begins Tuesday afternoon
Clergy members from the OR-ID Annual Conference were emailed their voting credentials and details for logging into the clergy session on Zoom by Conference Secretary Laura Jaquith Bartlett on Saturday, May 20. Another reminder email will be sent two hours prior to the start of the session, which begins at 1 p.m. Pacific Time, 2 p.m. Mountain Time. Clergy sessions are not open to the public. If you can't locate your email, please email achelp@umoi.org and someone on staff will assist you.
Plans shaping up for laity session at AC
Conference Lay Leader Paul Nickell invites lay members of Annual Conference to attend the laity session, being held Friday evening, June 9, at Meridian UMC beginning at 7 p.m. Mountain Time with Bishop Cedrick Bridgeforth. Nickell will engage Bridgeforth in a casual and fun conversation, followed by a question and answer session with laity. There will also be a presentation about lay servant and abundant health ministries along with more than 100 diverse mission and ministry programs across the Conference.
"Join us as we celebrate these ministries together and share bits of wisdom for initiating and expanding into new communities," Nickell said.
*A separate Zoom link will be sent to lay members of AC who have registered to attend online.
Late registration still open through June 1
Those wishing to attend Annual Conference in-person and online still have through June 1 to register. However, those who are registering to attend in-person will be assessed a small late fee and meals may no longer be available.
